Mortgage rates for a 30 year fixed mortgage climbed 1 basis point from 4.76% to 4.77% on Wednesday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.
The 30 year fixed mortgage rate on March 10, 2010, is down 1 basis points from the previous week's average rate of 4.78% and up 8 basis points from the average rate of 4.69% from three months ago.
